Didem Karpuzcu Tutar is a seasoned management consultant currently working at Propeller since May 2022, where the focus is on driving impactful solutions for clients amid organizational change. With a robust background in marketing and product management, Didem held various positions at Oregon Tool from September 2015 to February 2022, including Sr. Retail Channel Marketing Manager and Global Product Manager. Additionally, Didem has experience in project management and product development through previous roles at Tupperware Brands and J Club Handcrafted Shoes. Didem earned an MBA in Marketing and Sustainable Business from Portland State University and a BA in International Trade from Boğaziçi University.
