Jacqueline Tang

Jacqueline Tang has over 5 years of experience working in business analysis and project management. Jacqueline is currently a Consultant at Propeller, but has held previous positions at Odoo and Gap Inc.

At Odoo, Jacqueline was responsible for analyzing customer needs and business processes to personalize the implementation process. Jacqueline also created and presented GAP analyses to clients and key stakeholders, and adapted the implementation strategy based on business needs. In addition, Jacqueline wrote technical specification requirement documents for client development requests, liaised between the technical team and clients throughout the development and testing process, and collaborated with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure project success.

At Gap Inc., Jacqueline served as the Lead Business Solutions Analyst (Product Manager I). Jacqueline also wrote functional specifications for new features or enhancements to existing features, created project plans and managed all phases of the software development life cycle.

Prior to their work at Gap Inc., Jacqueline was the Sr. Inventory Strategy Analyst for Nytec. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing data to develop conclusions and recommendations that would improve inventory levels and merchandising strategies. Jacqueline also created forecasting models to help predict future trends in customer demand and developed action plans to address areas of opportunity.

Jacqueline Tang has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY Geneseo and is a Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Product School.
