Michael Mertz

Michael Mertz is a co-founder of Propelr, where they drive strategic marketing efforts for a patented suite of financial payment services. With 28 years of experience in the payments industry, Mertz has a strong focus on sales growth, marketing, and business development. Previously, they held leadership roles as Chief Sales Officer at CardConnect and SVP at both First Data Corporation and Fiserv. Mertz founded MertzCo, which became the largest value-added reseller of the CardConnect brand before its acquisition. They earned a Bachelor's degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
