David Orr

David Orr has a solid background in the mortgage lending industry. David started their career as an Independent Contractor for various companies from October 2006 until January 2015. David then joined Guaranteed Rate Companies in January 2015, where they worked as an Underwriting Coordinator and Team Lead until December 2016. From January 2017 to June 2020, they served as a Sales Assistant to the SVP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Currently, David is working at Proper Rate since July 2020 in the same position.

David Orr attended Downers Grove South High School from 2004 to 2008 and received their High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. David then pursued their undergraduate education at the College of DuPage from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications. In addition, David obtained their CPR Certification from the American Red Cross and an Illinois Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License from the Real-Estate Institute of Chicago.
