Michael Waldman

Michael Waldman has a solid work experience in the mortgage lending industry. Michael is currently the SVP of Mortgage Lending at Proper Rate, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC as an SVP of Mortgage Lending from January 2020 to May 2021. Michael also served as a Senior Mortgage Banker at CIBC US from September 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they worked as a Mortgage Advisor at PERL Mortgage Inc. from April 2015 to September 2018. Michael gained experience as a Mortgage Banker at PHH Home Loans from June 2011 to April 2015. Furthermore, they held the position of Vice President at Summit Mortgage Corp from April 2000 to July 2010.
