Seth Jacobs

Seth Jacobs is a seasoned mortgage underwriter with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Mortgage Underwriter at Proper Rate since March 2022, Seth previously held the position of Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Guaranteed Rate from March 2021 to March 2022, and at Loan Simple from October 2019 to March 2021. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Zions Bancorporation from November 2013 to October 2019, where expertise was gained in various underwriting types including FHA Chums DE and Jumbo/Portfolio loans. Seth began a career in mortgage underwriting at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where from June 2001 to November 2013, proficiency was developed in handling conventional and FHA DE CHUMS loans.
