It is our mission to help as many people as possible to achieve financial freedom by investing in Australian Real Estate. Our approach is focused on educating our customers on how to grow their property portfolio in the safest, most efficient way, with the aim of generating long term passive income.

Management is a combined team of active Real Estate Professionals with longstanding successes in the industry for over many years. Both specializing in Property Strategy, Wealth Coaching, Project Marketing, and ultimately Real Estate education, via one on one coaching, events and workshops.

Both directors collectively have been involved in Real Estate, Project Marketing, and Finance for over 20 years and are active property investors. 


Property Au specialize in representing innovative, boutique investment opportunities to the market. Our ability to accurately pinpoint high capital growth areas, and ultimately negotiate with developers, is primarily based on our existing relationships and in depth understanding of the property market. 

Our property sourcing process is very strategic, as we have a stringent selection criteria that considers important factors, such as but not limited to, potential future capital growth, rental vacancy rates, rental yields, future planned infrastructure, and ultimately the rate of supply versus demand. Each developer’s project is hand selected on a series of merits, including reputation, past projects assessments, design, previous successes and feedback from investors in that specific market.
