Property Care was formed back in 1992, by the amalgamation of two local authority subcontractors. Together they formed a partnership to provide 'complete one stop' building, property refurbishment and maintenance services for public sector housing providers.

Property Care has expanded year on year and was incorporated in May 2002 as Property Care (Complete Maintenance) Ltd. Our head office is in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire, and we now have a large, highly skilled dedicated workforce and a clearly recognisable vehicle fleet.

We offer a broad range of services ranging from a replacement kitchen or bathroom to a major extension or a complete new build one off property covering everything from the groundworks and brickwork through to the fixtures, fitting and floor covering with everything in between.
