Florian Moulin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction and real estate sectors. As Co-Founder and COO at Property Filter since July 2019, Florian focuses on facilitating property investment deals. Previous roles include Real Estate Agent at Frangy Immobilier and Property Portfolio Builder at Black's Property Solutions. Florian's background also encompasses a variety of engineering and management positions at Jaguar Land Rover and Friedlander Angola, where responsibilities ranged from technology installation coordination to managing large teams and complex construction projects for major clients in the oil and gas industry. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Supply Chain from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
