Robert Bence

Robert Bence is a seasoned property investment professional with extensive experience in the UK real estate sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Sand Dams Worldwide since November 2024, Robert also co-founded and leads Portfolio as CEO since December 2021. Robert co-founded Property Hub in November 2013, a prominent source of free property investment education, encompassing various platforms such as The Property Podcast, an online community, and free courses. Additional ventures include co-founding Yellow Lettings, and serving as Director at RMP Property, which later rebranded as Property Hub Invest. Prior experience includes roles at YPC Group, Bold Spirit Ltd, and David McLean Homes, focusing on client support and property investment strategies. Robert's foundational education was completed at South Wirral High School from 1994 to 1999.
