Lowell Plotkin

Lowell Plotkin is the current General Counsel at Property Markets Group. Lowell has previously worked as Associate General Counsel at Crescent Heights and as General Counsel at The Peebles Corporation.

At Crescent Heights, Lowell managed all transactions for the national real estate developer, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings (construction and permanent) and refinancings. This required document drafting and negotiation, as well as coordination with finance, acquisitions/underwriting, construction and operations teams. Lowell also oversaw outside counsel.

At The Peebles Corporation, Lowell provided counsel to executive management for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, development, financing and joint ventures. Lowell also managed all aspects of transactions and led negotiations with governmental entities and private parties. In addition, they assisted in the initial conception of potential transactions and was responsible for identifying legal and business issues. Lowell also engaged and administered outside legal counsel, real estate brokers, general contractors, architects, hotel management companies and other third parties.

Lowell Plotkin is a lawyer who attended Harvard Law School. Lowell received their B.A. in political science and religion from Emory University.
