Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor is the President of Property One, Inc., where they have led the brokerage division since joining the firm in 1998 and helped its purchase in 2021 alongside two partners. They represent corporate tenants and real estate owners, including the McGlinchey Stafford law firm in eighteen cities nationwide, and have completed over $500 million in gross transaction volume across commercial real estate transactions. Their career includes key assignments such as leasing approximately 800,000 square feet in 17 buildings at James Business Park for Briar Meads Capital of New York, the sale of the 133,000-square-foot office building at 2121 Airline Drive, and the sale of the 505,000-square-foot DXC Technologies Building at 1615 Poydras. They graduated from Jesuit High School and Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance.
