Jonathan Stagg

Jonathan Stagg currently serves as General Counsel at Property Reserve since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan held positions at Intermountain Healthcare from June 2015 to April 2025, serving as both Senior Counsel and Legal Counsel. Earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Transactional Attorney at Stoel Rives LLP from August 2008 to July 2015, where Jonathan focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, compliance, business formation, venture capital, corporate governance, and complex commercial contracts. Jonathan Stagg earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law in January 2008 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Finance from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business in January 2004.
