About Property Time
Property Time magazine (previously known as Property Times) was launched in December 2012 as a first-of-its-kind real estate magazine in Dubai with over 20,000 copies in circulation monthly, which was then doubled to 40,000 copies per month in 2013. Dubai Land Department has recognized Property Time as the ‘Best Real Estate Publication’ at Gulf Real Estate Awards. The magazine covers a wide range of topics related to the real estate market in the UAE and the MENA region.

About People’s Choice Awards
Property Time People’s Choice Real Estate Awards was launched in 2015. This first-of-its-kind concept in the real estate market was well-received by industry members. The Gala Dinner Awards Night was held at Address Marina Hotel in May 2015 and attended by the who’s who of the real estate industry, DLD officials, ARRA officials, and consulate generals from the USA, Thailand, Malaysia etc. The second edition of this prestigious award is coming soon.
