Scott DeGoler is the Founder and CEO of several real estate companies, with a focus on workforce housing and tenancy. They established the San Diego office for O'Donnell/Atkins from 2003 to 2006, which became California's largest land brokerage company during that time. Since 2004, Scott has served as Principal and Managing Partner at Immobilier Funds, managing over $250M in real estate investments. They also founded PacBLU Real Estate in 2009, specializing in residential housing renovations and sales, and co-founded Property Advantage in 2007, which evolved into one of Southern California's largest property management companies. In addition, Scott founded 1Click Staffing in 2015, a platform designed to improve the hiring process through on-demand staffing. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1990.
