Sam Samuel

Prior to being in the housing industry, Sam served six years with the Royal Navy. He has since spent 26 years in housing; working for Southwark Housing 1996 completing HND qualifications in Sociology, Housing Management, Legal and Physical Aspects of Housing. In 1998 Sam switched to the private sector completing technical exams for NAEA membership and gained the NAEA Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management. Sam’s estate agency is based in North Kent established in November 2007 merging in 2012 with a Property Management business to form Edward Ashdale. Sam has been a member of NAEA Propertymark for 24 years.
