Timothy Douglas is an experienced professional in policy and campaigns, currently serving as the Head of Policy and Campaigns at Propertymark since July 2015, following progressive roles within the organization. Concurrently, Timothy has been a Councillor for Paddox Ward and Deputy Leader of the opposition group at Rugby Borough Council from May 2016 to May 2024. Previous roles include Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons and a Caseworker & Researcher for the European Parliament, where Timothy developed a digital communications campaign for the 2014 elections. Educational background includes a BA Hons in International Relations from Loughborough University and a Master of Arts in Sports History and Culture from De Montfort University.
