Our Directors have over 25 years experience in the industry and over the recent years have recognised a growing demand for greater transparency in regards to property management fees and (most importantly) the need for a fee structure that is more fair.

See, managing a property takes the same amount of work, regardless of the value of your property. So we think that it’s only fair to charge a Flat Fee for our work. Unlike percentage-based management, you will not be charged higher fees for having a more valuable property and our fees will not rise as your rent increases.

We have also responded to the increasing need for greater flexibility in property management services. With many owners turning to self-management or only requiring partial management, there is a need for ad hoc property management services, with no ongoing commitment; this is where our Fee-for-Service options come in.

Get in touch today and we can tailor the perfect management solution for your particular property.
