Jody Mitchell

Jody Mitchell serves as General Counsel and Vice President of ProPetro Services, Inc. since April 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles at Concho as Director of Marketing and Midstream and Associate General Counsel from May 2014 to March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at BHP Billiton and Petrohawk Energy, as well as an Associate at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, focusing on Oil, Gas, Energy Litigation, and Construction Litigation. Jody Mitchell earned a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Houston Law Center and a BA in History with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
