They have served in various leadership roles, including as Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Chief Technology Officer at Green Innovation Technologies Inc., where they managed extensive teams and budgets while driving innovation across pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and drinking water facilities. Jaime holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras and has a strong background in project management, quality systems, and regulatory compliance, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and process optimization throughout their career.
