Simona Guidi

Simona Guidi is an Associate Director at ProPharma, where they serve as an ATMP/Cell & Gene Therapy CMC Subject Matter Expert. With over 20 years of GMP experience in Biological Medicinal Products and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products, Simona possesses extensive expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Cell & Gene Therapy. They have successfully led early-stage ATMP scale-up initiatives for clinical purposes, ranging from R&D pre-clinical batches to GMP clinical batches and market readiness. Simona previously held roles at Rigenerand srl as Business Development Head for Cell & Gene Therapy CDMO, and at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics in Quality Control. They are currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy at the University of Florence.
