Katie Lent

Katie Lent has over 10 years of professional experience in customer success and people management. Katie began their career in 2010 as the Director of Reservations at Oasis Collections, where they managed the Reservations Team and the majority of reservation requests in all destinations. In 2015, they joined BookingSuite, a division of Booking.com, as the North America Director of Partner Success. In this role, they were responsible for defining KPIs, ensuring regional alignment, driving strong results, and managing both individual team members and team leads. Katie also served as the Manager of Partner Success, managing the Account Management team. In 2016, Lent moved to Outreach where they served as the Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts. Finally, in 2019, they joined Prophia, Inc. as the Head of People and the Head of Customer Success.

Katie Lent attended Santa Clara University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a B.A. in Communications and Spanish Studies.
