Stuart Appley is a technology innovation expert and founder of Bay Tech Advisors, where technology advice is provided to real estate, private equity, and investment management firms. With over 25 years of experience in technology, real estate, and venture capital/startups, Stuart specializes in Proptech, AI guidance, and Smart Buildings. Current roles include advisory positions at Prophia and the US Proptech Council, along with a long-standing involvement in the Realcomm Conference Group and Blumberg Capital. Previously, Stuart led CBRE’s Global Digital, Innovation, and Technology advisory team, and held various leadership roles at Shorenstein Realty Services and DocuSign. Stuart holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in International Finance.
