Bryce Mendonça

Bryce Mendonça is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, customer experience, and organizational communication. Currently serving as Manager, Change & Evolution at Prophix since April 2019, Bryce leads the Customer Experience function and implements procedures that enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Previous roles include Project Manager at AngelHack, where processes were designed and coordinated to leverage opportunities, and Communications Coordinator at ICUBE UTM, focusing on supporting startups through system development and stakeholder communication. Educated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Toronto, Bryce also has a strong foundation in management and operational coordination from earlier positions in various organizations.
