Eric Li is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success and client care, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Product Adoption Consultant at Prophix since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Client Care Specialist at Oaken Financial, overseeing daily operations and client interactions in Vancouver, and a position as a Financial Analyst at Aga Khan University through the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Program.
