Jeff Birk

Jeff Birk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeff started their career in 1994 as a Presenter/Trainer at Excellence in Action, where they designed and delivered time management and goal-setting seminars. Jeff also excelled in sales, selling seminars featuring renowned speakers.

From 1995 to 1999, Jeff worked as an Inside Sales Manager at Legato Corporation. Jeff mentored a team, generated significant revenues, and handled customer interactions.

In 2000, Jeff was a Regional Sales Rep at Natural Health Alternatives, and then from 2003 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Sales Rep/Trainer at Optionetics Inc. In this role, they conducted seminars on stock market strategies, achieved high sales numbers, and developed a talent development assessment process.

Jeff joined O.C. Tanner in 2011, where they served as the Manager of Speaking & Training until 2020.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Sr. Sales Enablement Training Manager at Workiva, leading sales training and hosting communication channels for the global sales team.

In 2022, Jeff joined Prophix as the Director of Global Sales Enablement, where they built the sales enablement function, led a team, and designed a sales framework.

In 2023, they became an Ambassador and Member at the Sales Enablement Collective, and also completed the Sales Enablement Leadership Accelerator program.

While not officially employed, Jeff also provided professional speaker training and coaching, utilizing their stage experience as a stand-up comedian and public speaker.

Jeff Birk obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Brigham Young University, completing their education from 1988 to 1992. Jeff later acquired a Sales Enablement Certified Core certification from the Sales Enablement Collective in 2023. Additionally, they hold certifications in Workiva Platform from Workiva, acquired in June 2021, and Workiva Essentials. Furthermore, Jeff Birk possesses a Series 56, PS146 certification from the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
