Lydia Marshall

Lydia Marshall has over two decades of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections, with a significant tenure at Prophix Software since June 2010. Lydia has held multiple roles, including Customer Account Representative, where accomplishments include becoming a President's Club Winner in 2016, 2017, and 2018. In the current position, Lydia oversees the customer team and focuses on integrating new AI capabilities within the customer community. Previous roles include Business Development and Accounts Receivable Specialist at Prophix, as well as positions at Dahl Brothers Canada Ltd. and Hellman World Wide Logistics, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial management and operational processes.
