Lance Stuart

Lance Stuart is the CEO of FastXchange and an advisor, investor, and board member with extensive experience in cross-Pacific business development. Raised in Japan, they began their career at McKinsey & Company and have focused on assisting Western firms in Asia while helping Asian companies enter the U.S. and European markets. They co-founded several ventures, including Hashi2Motto, and have raised over $100 million for various projects. With a strong background in strategic consulting, organizational transformation, and healthcare services, they actively support early-stage businesses as an angel investor and advisor. Lance holds a BS in Economics from Boston College, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is pursuing graduate studies at Exeter College, Oxford.
