Diela Bashkimi

Diela Bashkimi is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruiter in Global Talent Operations at Propio Language Services since July 2025, Diela previously held the position of Senior Recruiter at EasyHunters from June 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included preparing job descriptions and managing job advertisements. Prior to that, Diela worked as a Technical Recruiter at Geekseat from November 2022 to July 2023, and as a Human Resources Specialist at ZITA from October 2021 to September 2022, as well as at E&L Bashkimi Construction from February 2017 to October 2021. Diela holds a Master of Science in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from the University of Tirana.
