Dylan Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dylan is currently serving as the VP of Client Engagement at Propio Language Services, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Customer Engagement at the same company from February 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Propio, Dylan worked at SMG - Service Management Group, where they held the position of Director of Customer Engagement from October 2019 to September 2020. Dylan was also previously a Business Development Representative and an Account Manager at SMG. Prior to SMG, Dylan worked at Cerner Corporation as a Sr. Solution Analyst from June 2015 to February 2017. Dylan began their career at the University of Kansas Libraries as a Circulation Services Supervisor from August 2011 to June 2015. Dylan also gained research experience as a Research Analyst during a McNair Scholars Research Internship from January 2014 to August 2014.

Dylan Smith attended The University of Kansas from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Double Major in Anthropology and East Asian Studies with a concentration in Korean. In 2013, they also had a Study Abroad experience at Yonsei University.
