Prople is an AI implementation partner. We help organisations move AI from pilot into production: identifying high-value workflows, building working AI systems, and proving the result before deciding what scales next.

We embed directly inside client teams using SHIP, our four-stage method (Scope, Harness, Implement, Prove), delivered through a fixed-fee quarterly cycle. No forever-retainers, no black box: you keep the working system and the capability to run it.

Prople was founded by Sareen Gogi in 2024, following over a decade running global AI and data delivery at Quantium. We combine commercial and technical capability deliberately: strategists who stay through the build, and engineers who sit at the investment-decision table. Engagements range from ASX-listed enterprises to growth-stage companies, delivered through a curated network of expert talent across Australia, India, and the USA.
