Sharon Yao

Sharon Yao is the Director of Operations at Prople BPO, Inc., where they focus on service delivery quality, process improvement, and client satisfaction. With extensive experience in the Banking and BPO industries, Sharon has a demonstrated history of managing multi-client engagements and specializing in HR and data management. They began their career as a Management Trainee at Allied Banking Corporation and have held various positions, including Program Manager and Senior Manager at Prople BPO, Inc., before assuming their current role in 2015. Sharon is also a member of the Management Committee, contributing to policy formulation and revenue growth strategies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
