We established PropList on a very simple premise - there had to be an easier way to search and acquire commercial property.

We found that sites were too residential in their nature, too complicated to use or just didn't have the right properties on them. When we found what we thought was a perfect property, it was frequently already sold, in some cases years previously.

We decided that is there wasn't the right portal out there, we'd build it ourselves - and that's exactly what we did.

Bringing together technical and marketing experts with a wealth of experience in the commercial market, we started to grow our site and it's going from strength to strength, proving a comprehensive digital marketing package for agents and owners, broadcasting commercial property to a much wider audience than has traditionally been the case.

Property seekers have access to a simple customisable search that can be as broad or narrow as needed. If you are looking to invest or develop, buy or lease, we have office, industrial, retail, leisure and land across the country - in a simple search. If you want to be notified of new properties to market, just register on our site and the properties will come to you.
