Gillian Tan, MBA, is an Associate Group Director at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, where they assist clients with buying and selling properties in Singapore. Previously, Gillian was a Senior Sale Director at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and owned a consulting business that specialized in accounting software for small and medium companies. With a background in training, Gillian has extensive experience in guiding first-time home buyers and investors through the complexities of the real estate market. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Business Administration, having already obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dubuque.
