Proponent Capital is a business that provides consulting services to sophisticated corporate investors to help them understand their opportunities to invest in transactions which will increase their growth either by allowing them to acquire other businesses or to make investments in those businesses. PC is not an introducer, does not deal with individuals and does not operate in any form of regulated transaction but deals only with other companies who need help in assessing the viability of their proposed investments.

Our business is all about knowledge transfer - using our teams experience of building and growing firms over 20+ years each. We believe we can help our clients grow and make the right decisions by giving them greater insight into the companies that they are looking at investing in.
