Kathy Doucette

Kathy Doucette is an experienced financial executive currently serving as CFO and COO at Proposify since May 2021. Kathy held the position of CFO at Talem Health Analytics briefly in 2021 and was VP of Finance at npm, Inc. during a successful acquisition by GitHub. Previous roles include CFO and COO at CacheFlow, CEO and Founder of Dinner Envy, and CFO at Cox & Palmer. Kathy played a pivotal role as Vice President at RIVALUS in scaling the company and facilitating a successful exit. Earlier experience includes Finance Manager at CGI and Sr. Financial Analyst at NTT DATA, with entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of Tax Lady Services & Business Consulting. Kathy holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University, is a Certified Management Accountant, and possesses a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.
