Rachel P.

Rachel P. has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2013. Rachel began their career at Eastlink as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In 2017, they joined GoSecure, where they held the roles of Customer Success Specialist, Cyber Security Analyst - Shift Lead, and Cyber Security Analyst. Most recently, in 2020, Rachel joined Proposify as a Sr. Technical Specialist, Customer Support.

Rachel P. is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Web Development from Lighthouse Labs, with an expected graduation in 2022. Rachel previously obtained an Information Technology degree from Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC in 2017, with a field of study in Database Management and Administration. In 2018, they obtained a CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate (CSXF) from ISACA. Additionally, they obtained a Master the Mainframe - Part 2 certificate from IBM in November 2016.
