Carlos Andrea is Co-Founder & CEO of Propper and is an independent consultant (since 2013) providing marketing, e‑commerce, CRM, sales and strategy support to companies including Cobee, Paymefy, Housell, Groupalia, Factorenergia, Bibulu, Cromaresme, Whatsup, Gymforless and Globo. They have solid experience across the customer lifecycle—online and offline marketing, e‑commerce, customer acquisition, loyalty/CRM, sales and customer support—and have led multidisciplinary, multi‑channel teams in multinational and SME environments. Previously they served as CMO/Marketing Director at Housell (2017–2020), CMO Global Marketing Manager at Camaloon (2014–2017) and Groupalia (2011–2013), Marketing Manager at InfoJobs.net (2010–2011), Manager and Consultant at ROSENTHAL RESEARCH SL (2007–2009), Director Territorial Noreste at Orange (2004–2007), Director de Gestión de Clientes at Vodafone (1995–2002) and Account Manager at Hewlett Packard CMCD (1986–1995). They earned an MBA in Marketing from Esade (1988–1990) and an engineering degree in Telecommunications from Escuela Universitaria de Telecomunicación La Salle (1980–1985).
