Joe Donovan

Joe Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe is the founding partner of Donovan Group, LLC since January 2009. Joe also founded ProPRcopy in April 2010. Prior to these ventures, Joe served as the Partner / Vice President for Research and Communications at School Perceptions LLC from April 2007 to December 2008. Before that, they worked as a Communications Officer / Spokesperson for the Office of the State Superintendent at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction from December 2001 to April 2007. Joe began their career as the Office Director / Director of Outreach / Scheduler for the Office of U.S. Senator Herb Kohl from May 1995 to December 2001.

Joe Donovan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing their studies in 2006.
