Boudewijn Groot is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Proprli since April 2017, where the focus is on streamlining compliance and governance for real estate owners and property managers through an innovative collaboration platform. Prior to Proprli, Boudewijn held the position of Associate at Marathon Asset Management, managing Dutch and Portuguese property portfolios, and served as a Consultant in Investments at Savills Nederland, providing strategic advice on various investment sectors. Boudewijn began the career as a Junior Architect at Doffice, contributing to urban and architectural design projects. Boudewijn holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from TU Delft, completed in 2014.
