Francois Haasbroek

Francois Haasbroek is a qualified and certified HR professional with 20 years of local and international experience, specializing in areas such as HR administration, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Currently, they serve as the Group Human Resources Manager and Group Shared Services Manager at ProProcess. Previously, Francois has held significant HR leadership roles at organizations including UNIK Civil Engineering and Lydian Armenia, where they managed HR operations and led transformative projects. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa between 2014 and 2018.
