Nicholas Gill serves as the Non-Executive Chair for both Redsquid, a leading Managed Service Provider in the UK, since January 2019, and PropServ, an innovative platform for estate agents and property managers, since January 2025. Prior to these roles, Gill was the CEO of David Phillips from April 2005 to June 2024, where the company established itself as the UK's premier furnishing supplier. Gill also held the position of Managing Director at Winghaven Partners from September 2003 to September 2012, overseeing numerous transactions and investments, including the acquisition of David Phillips. Earlier experience includes roles as Vice President at both JP Morgan and NM Rothschild. Gill holds a Masters in Economic History from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from London Business School.
