Fleur Klunder

Fleur Klunder is the Senior Asset & Development Manager at Proptimize, a position held since January 2021, where they focus on acquisitions and asset management while building client portfolios across the country. Prior to Proptimize, Fleur worked at CBRE from 2014 to 2021, ascending to Associate Director and providing strategic real estate advice to various corporate clients in the Rotterdam region. Fleur began their real estate career as a Consultant Valuations at DTZ Zadelhoff from 2008 to 2011, following studies in Business Administration at Fontys Hogescholen.
