Bailey Decarli

Bailey DeCarli currently serves as the Assistant Director of Prospect Management & Research at ProPublica since December 2023. Prior to this role, Bailey spent over seven years at the African Wildlife Foundation, progressing from Prospect Research Officer to Prospect Research Manager. Bailey also worked as a Prospect Research Specialist at Catholic Health Initiatives Foundation from August 2014 to August 2016 and gained experience as a Research Assistant Intern at the Behavioral and Alcohol Related Studies Laboratory in 2013-2014. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at Sony Electronics from July 2011 to July 2012. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University, completed in 2014, and graduated from Brooke Point High School in 2010.
