Corey Johnson is an experienced investigative reporter with a strong background in journalism, focusing on issues related to criminal justice, governmental oversight, and higher education. Currently employed at ProPublica since May 2022, Corey previously worked at the Tampa Bay Times from January 2017 to May 2022, and at The Marshall Project from November 2014 to November 2016, where investigative work highlighted systemic problems and innovative practices.
