Kat Taylor

Kat Taylor serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Beneficial State Bank since 2007. In addition to this role, Kat has been the Chair of the Board of Directors at TomKat Ranch Educational Foundation since 2008 and holds the position of External Advisory Board Chair at the UC Davis Agricultural Sustainability Institute since October 2016. Kat's extensive involvement in various organizations includes serving as Director at Good Samaritan Family Resource Center since 1986, and as a Board Member for the Community Development Bankers Association, Ecotrust, and ProPublica since 2013, 2012, and 2012 respectively. Previous board service includes the Harvard Board of Overseers from May 2012 to May 2018, the Insight Prison Project Board from 2004 to 2014, and the KQED Board from 1997 to 2003. Academic credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in American History from Harvard University.
