Simon Thibault

Simon Thibault is currently the EV Critical Materials Leader at General Motors, supporting the company's North American sourcing strategy for electric vehicle critical minerals. Simon has held various leadership and advisory roles, including positions on the boards of several organizations such as Propulsion Québec and the Global Battery Alliance. Previously, Simon served as Senior Director of the Battery Value Chain at Investissement Québec and managed projects related to mining environments for ROCHE ltée. Simon earned a Master of Science in Botany/Botanical Biology from Université Laval.
