Ebony Young

Ebony Young has a diverse work experience in various roles. In their most recent position as a Business Analyst at Propylon, they have been involved in analyzing business processes and requirements. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant/Business Analyst at Intellectual Capitol (ICAP), where they worked on a project to find a new law enforcement case management system. Ebony also gathered requirements, documented workflows, and developed graphical aids. Before that, Ebony worked at IBM for four years as a Business Analyst/Release Manager/Operation Analyst, where they conducted meetings with stakeholders, defined project scopes, and created functional design documentation. Ebony also has experience as an OIM Operations Analyst at the University of South Carolina, where they provided support for the Oracle Identity Manager platform and created technical documentation. Additionally, Ebony worked at the South Carolina Judicial Department as an Applications Business Analyst, where they gathered requirements for enhancing the Case Management System. Ebony also worked as a Help Desk Technician, assisting with troubleshooting and software support. Ebony's earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless, where they responded to customer inquiries and mentored new employees.
