Lilliam Corena

Lilliam Corena is the current Directora de Operaciones at PROQUIMSA, where they utilize their expertise in chemical products and specialized fats. With a background as Supervisor de Producción at Shell Colombia SA from 2011 to 2016, Lilliam successfully led operations, implementing Lean tools that resulted in significant efficiency improvements and cost reductions. They also served as LSC Quality Management System Coordinator at Shell Colombia from 2016 to 2018, achieving ISO 9001 certification and reducing customer complaints. Lilliam holds a degree in Chemistry from Universidad Industrial de Santander and has completed additional certifications in risk management and quality systems auditing.
