Christine Pound is a partner at legal firm Stewart McKelvey in Halifax, Nova Scotia and her practice has mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions, banking and financing, corporate governance and infrastructure projects. She works with both private and public companies on transactions in a broad range of industries. Ms. Pound completed the Institute of Corporate Directors Education Program at ICD-Rotman and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
